CAI's Advice & Resolution Team receives more than 9,000 calls and emails a year from members about a range of compliance, operational and strategic HR issues. Our goal is to help you get to a practical resolution that you feel confident to implement. We do this by getting to know you and your business and then meeting you where you are, helping devise a unique solution that will work at your company. We listen intently, assess the situation, coach, role play and even push back as necessary. We will also follow-up as appropriate to help you to ensure success. When necessary we bring in other CAI experts to assist. At other times we can contact government agencies and/or other experts for interpretation. We want you to leave every call with a clear plan for the next steps.

 

Starting in May, and recurring a few times each year, we will send a short, two-question survey to people who called or emailed our Advice and Resolution team during the previous month. This survey will take less than a minute to complete and will provide us with valuable insight as to how effective we are at helping you get to practical solutions and problem resolution.
