Our Advice and Resolution team answers more than 9,000 questions each year from members in the areas of compliance all the way to HR Strategy. Historically we have provided this service during regular business hours.

 

For many organizations, the term “regular business hours” has changed dramatically. Multiple shifts, different time zones, customer demands, technology and global operations have pushed a lot of organizations beyond a traditional 8-to-5, Monday through Friday workweek. As a result, you now depend on instant access to resources around the clock every day of the week to meet your goals and deadlines. With this new business reality in mind, CAI is proud to announce that you can now call our Advice and Resolution team 24/7 for those requests that just can’t wait until the next regular work day. You can count on our advisors 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year to be ready to serve you when your need arises.

 

When you call CAI's Advice & Resolution Team after regular business hours the call will automatically transfer to our third party answering service that will then ring our advisor. Our advisor will call you back immediately and take whatever time is necessary to resolve your urgent issue. And to be clear, you will be talking to one of CAI’s regular Advice and Resolution team members located right here in Raleigh and Greensboro!
