We advised in an article last month (September 22, 2014 - Reduce Workers' Compensation Costs - Submit Safety Policies for Approval) that you could submit your safety policies and rules to the North Carolina Industrial Commission for approval in order to reduce potential workers’ compensation claim costs for employees who violate the approved rules.
Subsequent to publishing the article, the NCIC provided a form for companies to complete and submit with the safety information. You may download the form here.
