The time has finally arrived and our new member-focused online community – myCAI – is launching on November 18th! One of the changes you will see is that all of our CAI content, including the CAI Newsletter will now live in our new community. When you click on a newsletter article link in the email you receive on Monday, November 24th, it will direct you to view the article on our community platform. And on the first time you click the link the system will ask you to log in. Just log in using the current username and password that you use for the main CAI website at www.capital.org. If you don’t remember, your username is your email address. If you forgot your password there will be the standard link to reset it. After you log in once, the system will remember you.
One other new feature available on myCAI is the ability to comment, rate or discuss newsletter articles. Be sure to jump right in and share your feedback or questions on the newsletter articles. Your question may prompt a good discussion, adding to the richness of the article.
Additionally, the myCAI site has a comprehensive search function that allows you to quickly search across all newsletter articles and content and find information and resources that you need. This new search function helps you to find previous articles and content quickly without having to individually search for each article. This is just one way our new myCAI platform will simplify your research efforts and make it easy to find all of the content you need fast.
So be on the lookout for the newsletter and the new process of accessing the news articles. As always, please do not hesitate to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or for further assistance.
