I hope that headline got your attention . CAI switched to our new interactive member platform myCAI in mid-November 2014. Member traffic on the site is picking up every day and we're excited that the number of users has almost doubled to around 2,000 professionals since launch.
The myCAI platform not only contains valuable member-to-member discussions but it also includes all CAI created content, including the CAI Newsletter. We received feedback from members around having to login to read each newsletter article or each time they visited myCAI. We listened and we now have a fix in place for this situation. The next time you login to myCAI you should notice a box labeled "keep me logged in." If you check that box you will be logged in to myCAI for the next 90 days. That's right, you won't have to enter login credentials to myCAI during that period. In fact, you won't even see the login screen again until the 90 days has expired. We are working with our vendor to see if we can increase the 90 day period. For now I hope this change makes it easier for you to enjoy the site.
If you've not logged in yet, just use the same login credentials you use to login to the main CAI website. If you don't have those, just use your email address and the "forgot password" link to gain access, or just call the office and we'll help you work through it.
