We are pleased to announce that Jamie Roberts just joined CAI as our new Virtual Peer Community Leader.  In this role Jamie will lead our new myCAI member platform.  Jamie joins CAI at a critical time in our myCAI journey.  We launched myCAI back in November with 800 members.  We now have over 2,100 members on the platform and expect to crest 4,000 by years end.  Jamie will be working with members to help make the user experience even better as well as helping them join and create private peer groups.  Don't be surprised if you get a call or email from her in the near future as she really wants to get member feedback on their experiences with myCAI.

Jamie comes to CAI by way of the Lee County YMCA where she was the Director of Administration and Communication.  In that role she led internal groups and community groups of all ages.  She also helped transition her branch to their new association software platform, a process that gave her a great feel for how to teach different generations how to utilize technology, a skill that is critical with myCAI given our diverse audience.  Jamie also is accustomed to working for a mission driven, caring organization and gets how we work with members on a relationship and service basis first and foremost.  Jamie is also a graduate of NC State University.

I know you will enjoy working with Jamie and she is excited to help take myCAI to another level.   Please join me in welcoming Jamie to the team!
