colleen for news.jpgHave you been charged with developing a training and development initiative for your organization? Or, do you currently have a training program in place that seems hit or miss at best? Research tells us companies that consistently invest in training see higher results in productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction. Countless studies show that training will prepare future leaders, raise performance standards and improve employee retention and morale. But, how do you build training programs that produce these results?

Our newly designed CAI Training Toolkit is a comprehensive resource created to support you in maximizing the benefits of your training investment. It contains a seven step process for how to develop an exceptional training program for your workplace and is packed with tools and references to use along the way.

Developing an exceptional training program begins with gaining organizational support, moves through assessing training needs and creating a training plan to meet those needs, to implementing and evaluating the training. An exceptional training program doesn’t stop there, but continues with the employee’s return to the workplace and the successful transfer of learning back on the job. Finally, the new skills and knowledge are built into ongoing employee development plans.
