renee for news.jpgDOL has posted the new model FMLA notices and medical certification forms with an expiration of May 31, 2018.  It appears only a minor change to the forms is a reference to the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA) in the instructions to the health care provider on the medical certification forms.
