On our call today we talked about how to make the case for workplace wellness. I've attached an article from the NC Treasurer on that topic and have a few more I'll upload in the next couple of days.

The ROI of workplace wellness is much more than lowering heathcare spend.....Happy, healthy and engaged employees = happier customers! Happier customers spend more $$ and tell their friends. Happy employees recommend their friends for jobs, are more innovative, more productive and take less sick days.

Attitudes are infectious. Would you rather a good attitude or a bad attitude spread across your workforce?
