Last week we announced our new Learn & GO platform to provide HR professionals with actionable, ‘bite-sized’ learning modules focused directly on talent and organizational needs. We are now pleased to bring you CAI’s very first Learn & GO module, Talent Acquisition. Click here to access the Talent Acquisition Module.
In fact, we are dedicating the entire month of July to Talent Acquisition and here is a glimpse of what we have in store:
1) New Online Content: Talent Acquisition content is now posted on myCAI
Log in to myCAI to get free access to a host of Talent Acquisition content including chapters on Planning, Sourcing, Screening, Selecting, and Onboarding. These chapters are designed to give you practical, ‘hands on’ guidance. In addition, you will find several useful tools and reference materials (i.e. pre-screening interview guide, reference check guide, sample interview questions etc.). 2) Webinar: Talent Acquisition webinar is slated for July 30th at 10am. HRCI credits available.
During the one-hour webinar we will delve into the talent acquisition process flow including:
We will also cover a broad spectrum of talent acquisition topics including the proactive search for passive candidates, best sources of candidates, using social media, and tapping into internal candidates. Finally, we will address how good talent acquisition processes help build bench strength and align with the goals of the broader organization.
3) Connect: When content and webinars are not enough
Sometimes the answers to your questions are not readily found in either the online content or the webinar. We encourage you to reach out to our Advice and Resolution team to get addition support and guidance for your operational and strategic priorities. We will also be starting a new group on myCAI called Engaging Talent, which will allow you to ask questions and learn best practices regarding all sorts of talent topics.
